Antiguo Manicomio Insular

Antiguo Manicomio Insular was built as an asylum of the Spanish king in 1845. It later on converted to a U.S. army barracks after the Spanish-American War, now it functions as the Puerto Rican Academy of Fine Arts since 1965.
